MIP, Inc. was founded in 1974 and is the third metal finishing company owned by the Weaver family. The first company was founded in 1929. As a third generation company - we service the tri-state area and beyond with our products being shipped worldwide. Our team of dedicated employees has an average of twelve years experience.
